Check to ensure the electrical equipment is intact, good insulation, and install earth leakage protection devices, grounding wire is grounded. Each rotating parts of machine must be fully lubricated.

Rotate by hand to check whether the gear meshing is normal. Check to ensure the blade is firmly installed, the horizontal gap between two blades is 0.2mm-0.5mm.

Steel must be placed in the lower part of blade to cut off, the upper part of the blade should not be used unless necessary, in order to avoid the fatigue of rear body.

When the machine is working, the blade must be in good condition, and pay attention to the blade whether it is loose, should replace if blade edge is broken.
